Wendi earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of South Carolina. Wendi founded Urban & Coastal Renovations, a Greenville, SC based construction company in 2008, ranging from properties in the Upstate of SC to the coast of SC.  Her 15 years' experience includes residential renovations, commercial renovations, 10 years in residential real estate, real estate investing, and interior design. She also has 10 years of experience in construction project management. Wendi has the experience and ability to understand and articulate design ideas, pre-construction preparation, budget constraints, and construction management.
